"Tea Party extremists seized the Republican Party and declared war on African Americans, poor people and other minorities. The NC NAACP and the Historic Thousands on Jones Street (HKonJ) People’s Coalition declare a State of Emergency. The people of North Carolina need to know: Our representatives in the People’s House are not working for the common good."
